Listen to the line drive off of her bat sending a rocket just short of center field to earn a no-doubt single base hit in her 6th professional plate appearance under the Kentucky Wild Health Genomes of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball in the late September brisk air of Lexington, Kentucky.
A great feeling of hours and reps spent sweaty, broken, and bruised for this opportunity to shine!
Leading the inning with her first hit then rounding the bases in a triumphant journey to score an earned run with the support of her teammates. The players, staff, and fans - near and far, old and new - coming together for this glorious moment.
